Julie Donnelly is New York State licensed massage therapist since 1988
She developed the Julstro Method based on the extensive research documented by Drs. Janet Travell and David Simon.
Julie worked closely with a professor of neurology expanding her understanding of why The Julstro Method worked and did broad “in house” research on the effectiveness of the Julstro Method in a prominent chiropractors office.
She refined the Julstro Pain Relief system for treating everyday repetitive stress injuries in multiple areas, focusing on the cause of the spasms (knots), releasing trigger points (also known as knots), and lengthening tightened muscles. The success her clients experienced compelled her to simplify the process so she could make it accessible for average individuals, athletes, endurance cyclists, professional golfers, and Olympic hopefuls alike.
